This efficient and low maintenance cost building was designed to convert easily to the needs of present and future tenants. Commercial Office and Shop

Job-site cast tilt-up wall construction and steel joist and deck form this 48,600 square-foot ware­house and office facility. The use of storefront framing and glazing gives this building a custom look, which greatly enhances its appearance. The 14,000 square­ feet of office mezzanine, a spacious entrance, the durability of hardwall construction along with 12 shipping and receiving docks makes it a perfect fit for an upscale manufacturing or distribution center.

This pre-engineered metal structure erected for a retail clothing supplier proved to be a good invest­ment for the firm.  One imposing feature of the structure, which utilized an insulated sandwich wall panel system, was the integration of conventional building methods with pre-engineering methods.

This building was constructed utilizing a combination of block walls and a store-front glazing system.  The building was constructed in a time period of less than 90 days. The facility includes a 3,800 square foot shop and 1,400 square feet of brightly colored retail space. The combination of pre-engineered structure and masonry walls created a very efficient work space and customer-friendly environment.

KBR Construction utilized design/build construction techniques for this single story commercial complex in West Jordan.  The building was constructed using brick veneer and painted steel roof and wall panels.  The result also shows how attractive a conventional metal building can be.
